The protagonist, as always, is Bread, this time viewed from a health perspective.
We will study in detail this precious staple food and explore its nutritional properties, essential for digestion, gut health, and weight control. Additionally, we will discover new types of flour, both with and without gluten, and learn how to use them to create tasty and healthy breads.
